Our Precious Pets purpose built kennels offer your dog comfort and space to ensure their stay is like a holiday. We offer a collection and delivery service making us the ideal boarding kennel choice for dogs from Monaghan, Cavan, Fermanagh, Meath, Longford, Dublin, Silgo, Rosscommon and Leitrim.
Delivery & Collection
We offer a collection and delivery service to our customers for added convenience. Our tailer offers supreme comfort to pets while they travel. The trailer is fitted with solar and electric fans and has a specially designed suspension system to ensure a comfortable ride.
We are open all year round and cater for all breeds and sizes of dogs. Our team are experienced with dogs with special needs or those on medication. Your dog's comfort, safety and happiness is our priority when staying at Precious Pets Boarding Kennels.
Our Facilities
We have 20 kennels ranging in size to meet the needs and size of your dog (4 x 7ft x 5ft/ 14 x 8ft x 5ft / 2 x 10ft x 5ft). At Precious Pets, we also have a selection of kennels with outdoors runs ideal for very energetic dogs. New insulated roof on the kennels to ensure your dog is cosy in the winter and cool in the summer. Heating can be arranged for the cold winter months for an additional fee.
Feel free to visit and inspect our kennels during our opening hours Monday-Saturday 9am-8pm and Sundays 2-6pm.

Your dog's stay
Precious Pets Cavan is located outside Cavan town in the heart of the countryside, making it an ideal retreat for your dog. Your dog will be exercised twice a day in the surrounding countryside.
Changes to your dog's diet can have an upsetting effect on their digestive system, so we encourage owners to bring their own food for their dog's stay. To make your pet feel at home, you are more than welcome to bring your pets own bed or favourite toy to the kennels.
We will take the very best care of your pet. Should you pet take sick while in our care, rest assured that we have a vet on call.

Other Services
We can also wash your dog or organise it to be groomed when your away on holidays so you can pick you pet up smelling and looking great.
We also catter for cats, so if your cat and dog can not be seperated we will look after them. They can be placed in same kennel or seperated kennels which are side by side.
Precious Pets can cater for small animals including hamsters, guniea pigs, gold fish, birds etc.
Pet Sitting is another service which Precious Pets provide, if your animals are more comfortable at home then you can arrange for us to call to your house and care for all your animals while you are away.
Pet Taxi service is available to collect and deliver your dog to vet or groomers. This will save you time cleaning out car or taking of work.
Rules
All dogs must have all their routine vaccinations up to date plus the kennel cough vaccination.
